I would thoroughly recommend ClearAccept as a credit card payment system embedded into the intelligentgolf App. The onboarding process was very easy and the team were extremely helpful and friendly. Support is always on hand and queries have been dealt with promptly. The system is extremely easy to use and the daily reports straight forward and easy to download. This system has made life easier at the club as it has avoided members coming into the club to top up their membership cards. Payments are received into our bank account next day. What a game changer ClearAccept card payments have been. Really pleased to have switched to this method of card payment, a real benefit to have for customer security, with a reduction in workload too.

After using an inadequate service for many years, it was obvious after reading about ClearAccept that we needed to change. The beauty of payments coming in 24 hours a day 7 days a week and automatically updating the system has freed up a lot of my time. Telephone payments were taking a considerable time out of my day and these have drastically reduced as patients can pay online. I can send reminders by resending the email link and these prompts seem to work. Money is coming in much quicker than before using this system. I would definitely recommend this product and I think patients would too. As well as being able to ring to pay, they have the choice to pay online. It is much easier and quicker for them to click on the link and they don’t need to divulge their payment/card details, and they receive a receipt straight away.
