After using an inadequate service for many years, it was obvious after reading about ClearAccept that we needed to change. The beauty of payments coming in 24 hours a day 7 days a week and automatically updating the system has freed up a lot of my time. Telephone payments were taking a considerable time out of my day and these have drastically reduced as patients can pay online. I can send reminders by resending the email link and these prompts seem to work. Money is coming in much quicker than before using this system.
